Kamakailan lang ay nag labas ng opisyal na anunsyo ang Star Image Talent Management na talent agency ni Xander Ford na ang tunay na pangalan ay Marlou Arizala na siya ay sinuspende sa pangalawang pagkakataon. Ni respeto ng ahensya ang kanyang desisyon na umamin sa publiko sa kanyang tunay na pagkatao ngunit ayon sa pahayag nito ang suspensyon ay dahil umano sa alegasyong rape na isinampa ng kanyang ex-girlfriend nong Abril 2019.
Pormal na inanunsyo ng ahensya nong Miyerkules na si Xander ay pinatawan ng indefinite suspension na walang sweldong matatanggap. At nong Huwebes ay nag labas na naman ng pahayag ang ahensya na pwedeng ealis si Xander Ford sa ahensya kung napatunayan ito na guilty sa naturang aligasyon.

On July 17, 2020, Marlou Arizala a.k.a. Xander Ford publicly announced that he’s a bisexual. Star Image Artist Management respects his decision to expose his real sexuality, and as a person, he is entitled to be free. But we accept the fact that he is still under judicial trial with the case filed against him by his ex-girlfriend. The management has decided to place Marlou Arizala under “INDEFINITE SUSPENSION” until he will be cleared without any criminal liability.

"TO MARLOU:
No one is above the law. If you will be proven guilty by the court with the criminal case/s filed against you (filed by your ex-gf), you will be TERMINATED and will be fined for breach of contract (Misbehavior and affecting company’s reputation). For now, you are still under indefinite suspension without pay. May this serve you a lesson."
